Entries must relate to work carried out between January 2024 and June 2025 – judging will be focused on this timeframe.
Closing date is 17:00 on Friday 5 September 2025. Late entries will be accepted (with an increased fee), these will be accepted until 17:00 on Monday 15 September 2025.

Video & Podcasting
This is for video and/or audio content that has successfully delivered an objective or outcome for a wider campaign or communications programme.

Third Sector Campaign
New for 2025, this category recognises campaigns delivered by or for charities, social enterprises or not-for-profits, showing clear impact, creativity and alignment with their values.

Marketing & Design
This recognises how marketing techniques or approaches, multimedia and/or graphic design have successfully delivered outcome(s) as part of a campaign or communications programme. This could be for an internal or external campaign or programme.

Community & Stakeholder Relations
This category is for those organisations who have undertaken community engagement and/or stakeholder relations relating to a project, development, cause or behaviour change for example.

Public Sector Campaign
This is for public sector teams to celebrate an effective campaign that has successfully delivered on areas such as engagement, behaviour change, with clear data and outcomes.

Internal Communications & Culture
This category recognises the work being delivered by internal communications, employee relations teams showcasing how they have played an integral role within a transformational, culture change and/or organisational development programme.

Rising Star
This award recognises an individual that has joined our industry in the last two years. They will be making valuable contributions to their organisation and our industry.

Best In-House Team
This category is open to any Wales based in-house commercial, not-for-profit or public sector communications team. The award will look at how the team operates within the wider organisation.

Best Use of Media Relations
This brand-new award celebrates campaigns that used media relations to deliver strong results through strategy, storytelling, and meaningful coverage.

Low Budget Campaign
This category recognises a successful campaign that has been delivered on a budget of less than £15,000 including agency fees (and staff time where appropriate) and creative.

Culture & Art
New for 2025, this category celebrates campaigns promoting arts or culture, with a strong creative approach and proven connection with audiences.

Best Small Agency
This category is open to any Wales based consultancy, whether multi-discipline or niche, with a PR fee income of up to £2 million.

Hall of Fame
This award recognises the outstanding contribution that a colleague, peer or inspirational comms, PR or marketing professional has made on our industry here in Wales. They deserve recognition for going above and beyond for their profession. It is a chance to nominate someone, who would not necessarily put themselves forward, but should be celebrated.

Health & Wellbeing
This category will showcase a campaign or project that has supported a physical, mental, or wellbeing healthcare issue, produce, service or initiative.

Travel, Tourism & Hospitality
This category recognises a campaign for any company operating in the travel, tourism or hospitality sectors, or a campaign which promotes travel, tourism or hospitality services, products, or initiatives in any sector.

Best Large Agency
This category is open to any Wales based consultancy, whether multi-discipline or niche, with a PR fee income of over £2 million.

Climate, Energy & Environment
This will be a campaign that looked to build understanding around key climate, energy or environmental topics and prompt action. The campaign will have made a difference through clear outcomes and showcasing data around attitude shift, engagement and improved knowledge.

Best Use of Digital
This new category recognises campaigns that used digital tools, which could include social media, websites, apps, content marketing or digital storytelling, to engage audiences, shift behaviour or build reputation, with clear results.

Business & Corporate Communications
This category recognises a B2B focused campaign or communications programme delivering against an organisation’s business objectives.

Science & Technology
This fresh category recognises campaigns that made science or tech accessible, engaging and impactful, with clear communication and outcomes for their audiences.
