
How To Enter
We have new categories, and we have also made some changes to how you enter. We want to keep things as simple as possible, but if you have any questions, please just get in touch.

We would like to thank CIPR Scotland for judging these awards and we will look forward to sharing your entries with them.

Your Entry
Submissions (or campaigns) can be entered into three categories only. In 1,500 words​ your PDF entry should cover:

The chosen awards category
-
Brief, objectives and budget
-
The idea, research and planning
-
Strategy, creativity and innovation
-
Delivery/implementation of tactics
-
Measurement, evaluation and impact
​
This should be accompanied by a supporting image page. This can be included within your PDF as one document or as a separate one.
​
If you are entering Rising Star or Hall of Fame, this is a nomination entry and should include:

Name of nominated individual
-
What difference they have made to their organisation / client(s)
-
How they have gone over and above for their profession
​
If you are entering the Best In-House Team or the Agency of the Year categories, please ensure that you include:
​

evidence of your commitment to CPD and professionalism,
-
a summary of outstanding achievements and,
-
an overview of team performance against budget and business objectives.
​
The judging panel will also give additional points for showing how EDI, ethics and ESG has been considered at the planning stage.
​
Note: The inclusion of AVEs will result in a score of zero for measurement.

Late entries will only be accepted between Monday 8 September and Monday 15 September 2025.

How to pay
Payments for the awards this year will be through the CIPR website and their dedicated Regional Awards Shop.

If you are a member, you just need to sign in and follow the steps. Non-members will need to register an account (if you don't already have one) and then follow the steps.
​

Each entry will cost £75 +VAT ​whether you are a CIPR member or not.
-
A late entry fee of £125 +VAT will be applied after the closing date (Friday 5 September).

Shortlisting
After Tuesday 16 September, once we have collated all the entries received to entries@ciprawards.cymru, we will send each category separately to CIPR Scotland and their judging panel.

The shortlist will be announced on our social media and we will keep you informed when this will be as we get closer to the time.
